Log it at the awning.
Thirty seconds between heats is enough.
Take it back to the track.
Every number belongs to a corner, a lap and a temperature.
Every session logged. Every change explained.
Next time you're here, you start from what worked.
Kart Connect is setup management for drivers and teams.
Log every session, see what changed, and carry proven baselines from track to track.
A race weekend produces dozens of decisions: axle, seat position, carb, tyre pressures, gearing. Most end up on a clipboard, in a photo, or in someone's head. By the next round the reasoning is gone.
Thirty seconds between heats is enough.
Every number belongs to a corner, a lap and a temperature.
Next time you're here, you start from what worked.
Lap times, session comparison, setup tabs and changes log — everything about a single session in one view.
Karting is a small paddock. What your team learns on a Saturday afternoon is the team's, not ours and not anyone else's. Session records are encrypted and technically inaccessible to Kart Connect staff.
A privateer with one kart gets the same tooling as a team running a full roster. The tiers differ in scale, not in respect.
The first session takes just a few minutes to set up. After that, you can load your previous setup as a baseline and simply log the adjustments or tweaks you've made — so each session builds on the last and you always have a clear record of where you started from.
Yes. You'll need a data connection to create your Race Weekend and generate the QR codes, but once that's done the app works fully offline. Any data entered without a signal will sync automatically the moment you're back online.
Yes — there's a 30-day free trial available on the Privateer plan. No commitment required to get started.
Yes to both. You can compare any two sessions side by side — whether that's two heats from the same day or the same setup run by two different drivers. Every difference is highlighted clearly so you can see exactly what changed.
The Setup Advisor analyses the data already logged in your account and gives you the top three setup changes to make, in priority order. It's built from real karting experience and designed to give you actionable guidance rather than generic advice.
Yes — you can generate a branded PDF of any session or comparison, which can be sent directly via WhatsApp or printed and kept in a folder at the awning.
Kart Connect is compatible with all data loggers. You can scan any dashboard after a session and it will log the post-session engine monitoring data — RPM, temperature, speed — directly into the session record.
At the start of the day, QR codes are issued to each driver's mechanic. They log all setup changes and adjustments made to the kart throughout the day, and this data is submitted directly back to the Team Manager. The TM can then see what's working and what isn't across the whole team and advise on the best setup going forward.
No. Each driver can only see their own data. Only the Team Manager has visibility across the full team.
Yes — white-labelling is available on the Pro Team plan, allowing you to make the platform fully branded as your own.
Yes, you can cancel at any time, provided it is not within three days of your next payment date. Your data is encrypted and stored for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time, either through the app or by contacting the support team at info@kart-connect.com.
Yes — annual subscribers receive the equivalent of two months free compared to paying monthly.
Yes. Your data is fully encrypted and not even Kart Connect staff can access it.
Log the next session properly, and next time you're here you'll know what you ran and why.

Kart Connect Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17357229, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We operate the Kart Connect setup management platform and are the data controller in respect of all personal data processed through the Platform.
We are committed to protecting your personal data and handling it responsibly, transparently, and in full compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

If you authenticate via Apple Sign-In or Google, we receive basic profile data (name and email address) from that provider in accordance with your settings on their platform. Weather and track condition data is sourced automatically from the Met Office API and associated with your session records — this is environmental data, not personal data.
We process your personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so under UK GDPR:
In karting, setup data is your competitive edge. The tyre pressures you run, the caster angles you dial in, the axle combinations you have tested, the conditions you have mapped across a season — this is hard-won knowledge built through hours of testing, thousands of pounds of investment, and years of experience. It is yours. We have no right to it, no interest in monetising it, and no mechanism to access it.
This is why we built the Platform the way we did. Setup data is encrypted before it is stored, meaning that even if someone gained access to our database infrastructure, the data would be unreadable without the encryption keys — which are themselves tightly access-controlled. Our own engineers cannot open your session files. This is not a policy decision that could be reversed by a manager — it is a technical constraint built into the architecture of the system.
Kart Connect was created by people who understand what it means to protect a setup. We know that the difference between winning and losing can come down to information — and that the trust of drivers and teams is only earned when they know their data is genuinely safe. A platform that quietly aggregates and sells user setup data would be a betrayal of everything this product is meant to be.
We will never be that platform. These commitments are written into our legal structure, our technical architecture, and our company values. If that ever changes for any reason — including acquisition, investment, or restructuring — you will be notified directly and given the opportunity to export and delete your data before any change takes effect.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party under any circumstances. Data is shared only in the following limited and controlled circumstances:
We engage third-party processors acting under our instruction and bound by data processing agreements. These include cloud hosting and database infrastructure (data stored within the UK or EEA), payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant), application analytics and crash reporting (anonymised data only), and customer support tooling.
When a Team Manager issues a QR link to a driver, that driver's input data within the guest session is accessible to the issuing Team Manager only. No personal data beyond session setup entries is shared. Guest access expires after four days and no account data is created or retained for the guest user beyond that window.
We will disclose personal data where required by law, court order, or competent regulatory authority. We will notify you of any such request where we are legally permitted to do so.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Kart Connect Ltd's business or assets, personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. You will be notified in advance and your rights under this Policy will be maintained.
Your personal data is stored and processed within the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area (EEA). Where any service provider processes data outside the UK or EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as recognised by the ICO, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
You have the following rights in respect of your personal data:
To exercise any right, contact us at info@kart-connect.com. We will respond within 30 calendar days. We may request proof of identity before processing your request.
The web browser version of the Platform uses cookies and similar technologies. The mobile application does not use cookies but may use device analytics SDKs as described in Section 2.
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings panel on the web Platform. Withdrawing consent for non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to use core Platform functionality.
Security is not an afterthought at Kart Connect — it is a design requirement that shaped every technical decision we made when building the Platform. We apply the same discipline to protecting your data that a top team applies to protecting their setup: methodically, without shortcuts, and with the understanding that a single breach of trust can undo everything.
The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16 without verifiable parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently received data from a child, please contact us immediately at info@kart-connect.com and we will delete such data promptly upon confirmation.
The Platform may reference or link to third-party websites or services not operated by Kart Connect Ltd. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or data handling. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service you access in connection with the Platform.
The App Store (Apple Inc.) and Google Play (Google LLC) are independent distribution platforms and their respective terms of service apply to the download and installation of the application.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you via the Platform or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Kart Connect Ltd is the data controller for all personal data processed through the Platform.
